Please note that we are not necessarily in complete theological agreement with the following authors. Though we search and meditate on the Scriptures diligently, NONE of us receives the full body of divine truth without error. We have included works by the following authors because we believe their viewpoint on the given issue is important for us all to consider.
Bible Sites
The following sites offer electronic Bible software and modules containing Bible commentaries, dictionaries, encyclopedias, lexicons and books.
E-Sword. This is our preferred free electronic Bible. Originally designed for PC, it has excellent versions for Apple products as well: E-Sword X (for Mac OS); E-Sword HD (for iPad); E-Sword LT (for iPhone), as well as an Android version. In addition to the many free Bibles, commentaries, dictionaries, lexicons and other resources, it contains many premium titles. Also, many free user-created titles are available at BibleSupport.com.
Online Bible North America. Home of the Online Bible program which we have used and have found to be a great blessing. Best of all, the program with all of its contents (except for some newer copyrighted translations, which can be unlocked for a small one-time fee) is FREE. Hundreds of modules (Bibles, books & commentaries) can be downloaded and installed. Download & install the program first, then download and install the modules — books, commentaries, dictionaries, etc.
Christian Classics Ethereal Library. This site contains hundreds of older classic Christian books (though tends towards some rather mystical titles) which can be downloaded or viewed online. It also has a Bible you can use online.
